Comments: Jo Walton is a Welsh-Canadian science fiction and fantasy author. Walton's first professional writing credentials came in the field of gaming, as she was a frequent contributor to publications such as Pyramid, and the cowriter of the GURPS: Celtic Myth source book. Walton is the author of the poem The Lurkers Support Me in E-Mail.

Walton's first novel, The King's Peace, was published in 2000. Since then, she has published several other novels, most notably Tooth and Claw, Ha'penny, Lifelode, and Among Others. Over the course of her career, Walton has won a Hugo Award, a Nebula Award, a World Fantasy Award, a Locus Award, a Mythopoeic Award, and a Prometheus Award.

Walton has a website named Jo Walton: Science Fiction & Fantasy Author. She also has a blog on LiveJournal titled Blujo's Journal. She can also be found on Twitter.
