Musical Artist - Wheaton, Wil

Wil Wheaton is an American actor probably best known for playing the annoyingly insufferable Wesley Crusher on Star Trek: The Next Generation, as well as appearances as a child actor in the movies Stand by Me and Toy Soldiers. As an adult actor, he has appeared in numerous independent movies and television shows, including Leverage and Big Bang Theory, as well as web series such as The Guild. He also has numerous voice acting credits in productions ranging from The Secret of NIMH to Batman: The Brave and the Bold, to Teen Titans. He has also narrated more than two dozen audio books.

The most important thing about Wheaton is that he is not Wesley Crusher. I did not like the character he played. I like Wil Wheaton quite a bit. Since his days being the whiniest teenager in the Federation, Wil has turned into an amazing ambassador for geek interests, and the creator of Wheaton's Law: "Don't be a dick". I consider his most important contributions to be cofounding the Geek & Sundry YouTube channel with Felicia Day and hosting the board gaming show Tabletop.

Wheaton has a website named Wil Wheaton dot net, a tumblr blog named Wil Wheaton dot tumblr, and a YouTube channel. He can also be found on Twitter and Facebook.
