Comments: Julie Alexander is an American teaching assistant at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She was formerly a cadet at the United States Air Force Academy, and is a chair of the UCCS Film Club. There doesn't appear to be a whole lot more information about her, mostly owing to the fact that "Julie Alexander" is a relatively common name, meaning that hunting for background on her means having to wade through a lot of information about people who are definitely not her.
Alexander does appear to be well-liked by her students. I also found an article featuring her when she was a high school student getting ready to attend the Air Force Academy which paints her as an intelligent, driven, and accomplished young woman.
