Death: Still alive and teaching at the University of Chester.

Comments: Alan Wall is a British author and professor. He studied English at Pembroke College, Oxford, and is currently a professor at the University of Chester. he previously taught at Liverpool John Moores University and the University of Birmingham.

Wall has published several mainstream novels, and a number of pieces of short genre fiction, including several pieces of science fiction and fantasy. He has a website named Alan Wall.
