Melo-M is a Latvian cello trio that was formed in 2005 by Kārlis Auzāns, Miķelis Dobičins, and Jānis Pauls who are known for their cello covers of popular songs such as
The Final Countdown and the themes from
Ghostbusters,
Mission Impossible, and
Game of Thrones. Notwithstanding their love of popular music, all three are classically trained cellists who have recorded a wide variety of music ranging from traditional Latvian songs to modern classics.
