Musical Artist - The Mash

This isn't "the Mash", but it is the
Ron Hicklin Singers, which contained
most of the members of the Mash

In 1970, session vocalists John Bahler, Tom Bahler, Ron Hicklin, and Ian Freebairn-Smith recorded Suicide Is Painless, the theme song for the movie M*A*S*H. When the song was released as a single, the recording was credited to "The Mash". As far as I can tell, this particular foursome never released another recording as a group, although Bahler, Bahler, and Hicklin worked together for many years as part of the Ron Hicklin Singers.

The Ron Hicklin Singers recorded vocals for the music for numerous movies, such as Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid and The Mosquito Coast, and television shows such as The Partridge Family, Wonder Woman, That Girl, Happy Days, and Laverne & Shirley. The Ron Hicklin Singers also recorded commercial jingles for brands such as Kawasaki, Datsun, and McDonalds.
