Sarah Donner is an indie musician whose style is something of a cross between folk and pop. She is also well known for her very public love for cats, evidenced in part by her peppy and snarky song
The Rebuttal of Schrödinger's Cat. I first saw her at the Way Station in Brooklyn, New York, where she performed immediately before the Doubleclicks took the stage, and like them, she loves dinosaurs, or at least pterodactyls in the song
The Motherfucking Pterodactyl. Her music is, however, much more than silly songs about cats and pterodactyls, and spans eight excellent studio albums.
Donner has a website to showcase her work titled
Sarah Donner, and she can also be found on
Facebook and
Twitter. She also has a channel on
YouTube.
