Comments: Danielle Ackley-McPhail is an American author and editor best known for editing the Bad-Ass Fairies series. She holds degrees in English and Communications from Kean College, and she is one of the guiding forces behind the small press publisher Dark Quest Books. She has published several urban fantasy novels as well as numerous works of short fiction.

She is married to fellow science fiction author Mike McPhail.

Ackley-McPhail has a website named Sidhe na Daire, and she writes a LiveJournal also named Sidhe na Daire, although it hasn't been updated since December 2014. She can also be found on Twitter and Facebook.
