Comments: Connie Willis is an American science fiction author best known for her novels To Say Nothing of the Dog and Doomsday Book as well as the two part series Blackout/All Clear. Over the course of her career, Willis has won eleven Hugo Awards, seven Nebula Awards, twelve Locus Awards, and one Campbell Award as well as garnering many more other nominations. She was inducted into the Science Fiction Hall of Fame in 2009, and named as a SFWA Grand Master in 2011.
