Comments: Marc Millar is an extremely prolific Scottish comic book writer and proponent of creator-controlled properties in the graphic story genre. He has written for both DC and Marvel, working on titles such as The Authority, Ultimate X-Men, Marvel Knights Spider-Man, Civil War, and The Ultimate Fantastic Four. In 2004, he launched his own line of creator controlled projects though a company called Millarworld, and has been quoted as saying "I don't want to just work for Marvel, I want to be Marvel". The Millarworld line has published several projects of his own creation, including Kick Ass, Chrononauts, and The Secret Service. He has been nominated for the Eisner Award four times.
Millar has a website named Millarworld. He can also be found on Twitter.
