Comments: Brenda Cooper is an American science fiction author and the Chief Information Officer of the city of Kirkland, Washington. Cooper holds a B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of California, Fullerton. She has co-written several works with Larry Niven, including the novel Building Harlequin's Moon, as well as several other novels and pieces of short fiction on her own.
