Comments: Maura Grady is an American professor and Doctor Who fan. She holds a Ph.D. in English from the University of California-Davis, with a specialization in film. She has taught at the University of Nevada-Reno, and has been a visiting lecturer at Johannes Gutenberg University. Grady is currently a professor at the University of Ashland, teaching basic English courses and seminars on creative writing focused on screenplay writing.
Grady has written a number of pieces concerning film and television, including essays about the shows Mad Men and Doctor Who, and is working on a book about women in films about the workplace.
