Author - Greenberg, Martin H.

Birth: March 1, 1941.

Death: June 25, 2011.

Comments: Martin H. Greenberg was an extremely prolific science fiction editor, known for the extraordinary volume of anthologies he edited and his frequent editorial collaborations with Isaac Asimov. He also frequently coedited books with Joseph D. Olander, Robert Silverberg, Charles G. Waugh, and Jane Yolen. Through his career, Greenberg edited or coedited more than one thousand collections of speculative fiction works, which may be a record. Greenberg held a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Connecticut, and taught at the University of Wisconsin for most of his career.

Martin H. Greenberg is not the same person as Martin Greenberg (1918-Present) who is the publisher of Gnome Press. This Martin Greenberg used his middle initial "H" to differentiate himself from the other Martin Greenberg.
