Comments: James C. Glass is an American physicist and science fiction author. He was a professor of physics and dean at North Dakota State University and Eastern Washington University and had a career that included authoring more than seventy professional papers. A long-time fan of science fiction, Glass took up fiction writing seriously in his forties and has published five novels and several dozen works of short fiction. He retired from his day job in 1999 and currently writes full time.
