Author - Tourtellotte, Shane

Comments: Shane Tourtellotte is an American science fiction and baseball writer. He is mostly notable for his science fiction short stories, and his first professional writing success was as a science fiction writer, but he has also published several articles about baseball, with many of them published at Hardball Times. Tourtellotte has also edited a book containing essays and stories about science fiction writer Hal Clement as well.

Tourtellotte has been nominated for the Campbell award and for the Hugo award once each, but as of now he has not won any major writing awards. He has a website titled The Writings (and Other Misadventures) of Shane Tourtellotte.
