Author - Heuvelt, Thomas Olde

Birth: 1983.

Death: Still alive and writing novels.

Comments: Thomas Olde Heuvelt is a Dutch science fiction and fantasy author who is best known for his novel Hex, and his Hugo-nominated stories The Boy Who Cast No Shadow, The Ink Readers of Doi Saket, and The Day the World Turned Upside Down. Heuvelt started writing early, publishing his first novel when he was just sixteen. Because he writes in his native language of Dutch, he went unnoticed by most English and American readers for the better part of a decade until his works began to be translated into English, whereupon he quickly began appearing on Hugo ballots.

Heuvelt has a website named Thomas Olde Heuvelt, and he can be found on YouTube and Twitter.
