Author - Krasnostein, Alisa

Birth: February 27 of some year prior to this one.

Death: Still alive and keeping more projects in the air than any single human should be able to.

Comments: Alisa Krasnostein is an Australian editor, publisher, and podcaster who is probably best known for her work at the helm of her small press publisher Twelfth Planet Press. Krasnostein is also well known for her podcasting, appearing alongside Alexandra Pierce and Tansy Rayner Roberts on the Galactic Suburbia podcast, and on her own on her crafting oriented podcast Champagne and Socks. Krasnostein has won a Hugo for her work on Galactic Suburbia and a World Fantasy Award for her work on Twelfth Planet Press. She used to be an environmental engineer, but has recently given that up in order to pursue a Ph.D. in creative publishing.

Krasnostein has a website dedicated to Twelfth Planet Press. She can be found on Twitter and Facebook.
