Comments: Jennifer R. Povey is a British-born American science fiction author whose output has mostly consisted of short fiction, although she has also published the novel Transpecial. She earned a degree in archaeology from the University of York before emigrating to the United States to get married and eventually become a naturalized U.S. citizen. Povey also has several credits writing for role-playing games and has worked as a freelance editor.
