Comments: K.V. Johansen is a Canadian science fiction and fantasy author who has written children's books, young adult fiction, and adult books. She holds an M.A. from the Center of Medieval Studies at the University of Toronto. In addition to writing nearly twenty novels, she has also published a few children's picture books and a fair amount of literary criticism. She also has a decent although unspectacular recipe for ajvar.
