Birth: July 16, 1943.

Comments: Steve Stiles is an American writer and artist best known for his work in fanzines and fannish publications. Stiles began publishing his artwork in fanzines before he reached high school, using some of his fanzine work as part of his portfolio to gain admission to the High School of Music and Art in Manhattan, and still more to gain admission to the School of Visual Arts, also in Manhattan. Over the years since, Stiles' work has appeared in dozens of fanzines including Xero, Mimosa, and Trap Door, and has also graced the covers of many convention programs. Stiles was a finalist for the Hugo Award for Best Fan Artist thirteen times, and was in danger of becoming the Susan Lucci of the Hugo Awards before he finally won a Hugo in 2016.

Stiles has a website named stevestiles.com and a blog on Tumblr named Okay, Actually It's a Blog. He can also be found on Facebook and Google+.
