Comments: Rachel Swirsky is an American author, editor, and, as of 2014, vice-president of the SFWA. Rachel is a graduate of the University of California Santa Cruz, and has worked as a teaching assistant at the University of Iowa. Her work has been nominated for the Hugo, World Fantasy, Locus, Sturgeon, Tiptree, and Rhysling awards, and has won the Nebula award twice.
