Death: Still alive and running the Jim Baen Memorial Writing Contest.
Comments: William Ledbetter is a mechanical designer, avid science fiction buff, and speculative fiction author. In addition to writing science fiction stories, Ledbetter runs a science fiction writer's group, helps coordinate FenCon, works as an editor for the ezine Heroic Fantasy Quarterly, and runs the annual Jim Baen Memorial Writing Contest. Amidst this busy schedule, Ledbetter has found time to write several pieces of short fiction and a novel.
Ledbetter has a website named The Worlds of William Ledbetter and he is also on Facebook.
