Death: Still alive and writing award winning stories.
Comments: Sean McMullen is an Australian physicist, musician, and author. McMullen has an undergraduate degree in physics and history, a postgraduate degree in library and information science, and a Ph.D. in medieval history, making him one of the most eclectically educated people I have come across. He has been recognized numerous times for his writing, winning several awards and earning several other nominations. Most of McMullen's awards have been ones that recognize Australian genre fiction writers, including eight Ditmar Awards and three Aurealis Awards, but he has also won the Analog Reader's Poll and been nominated for the Locus Award and the Hugo Award.
McMullen has a website named Sean McMullen. He has also sometimes written under the pseudonym Roger Wilcox.
