Comments: Bill Pronzini is a mystery novelist who occasionally writes science fiction, usually collaborating with Barry N. Malzberg when he does so. Pronzini has also edited numerous anthologies, mostly in the mystery, western, and science fiction genres, once again frequently collaborating with Barry N. Malzberg. Like many prolific mystery authors, Pronzini has written under a variety of pseudonyms including William Hart Davis, Jack Foxx, William Jeffrey, and Alex Saxon.
