Death: Still alive and finishing John Bellairs' style books.
Comments: Brad Strickland is a prolific science fiction and fantasy author, but I know him through his collaborations with the late John Bellairs. His collaborations with John Bellairs all took place following Bellairs' untimely death, as Strickland first completed Bellairs half-finished manuscripts and then built new stories using a handful of outlines that Bellairs had left behind. Strickland has been given permission by John Bellairs' estate to write wholly original stories using characters established by Bellairs such as Johnny Dixon and Lewis Barnaveldt.
