Author - Wilson, G. Willow

Birth: August 31, 1982.

Death: Still alive and writing excellent stories.

Comments: G. Willow Wilson is an American author best known for writing the Marvel comics series Ms. Marvel featuring Kamala Khan. Wilson has also written the critically acclaimed graphic novel Cairo, and the Eisner nominated series Air, both for Vertigo. Many of Wilson's works draw upon her personal experiences: Cairo is set in Egypt, where Wilson lived for a time, and Khan is a Muslim-American, as is Wilson. In addition to her comics work, Wilson is a skilled novelist: Her debut novel Alif the Unseen won the World Fantasy Award for Best Novel in 2013 and was also nominated for both the Campbell and Locus Awards.

Wilson has a website named G. Willow Wilson. She can also be found on Twitter and Facebook.
