Comments: John Chu is an American science fiction author and teacher. He is a graduate of both the Viable Paradise and Clarion writer's workshops. Chu has published stories in outlets such as Asimov's Science Fiction, Bloody Fabulous, Apex Magazine, and Tor.com. His short story The Water That Falls On You From Nowhere won a Hugo Award in 2014.
