Musical Artist - The Vince Guaraldi Trio

The Vince Guaraldi Trio was a jazz band composed of pianist Vince Guaraldi, bassist Fred Marshall, and drummer Jerry Granelli. Vince Guaraldi was a prominent jazz pianist who had scored a hit with the song Cast Your Fate to the Wind, for which he won a Grammy Award. The group was formed by Vince Guaraldi and their primary claim to fame is recording the music for A Charlie Brown Christmas, which has turned out to be one of the most successful television specials of all time, with one of the most distinctive musical scores. Guaraldi went on to compose the score for seventeen more Peanuts television specials as well as the feature movie A Boy Named Charlie Brown.
